What is the process for finding employees through ACT Personnel?

We have access to talent quickly through continual search and recruitment efforts locally, nationally and internationally. ACT Personnel will visit your facility to understand your company culture and get the details of the position so we will send you the best fit. By clearly understanding your requirements and visiting the work site we can select the best candidates.

What kind of background checks do you provide?

Every applicant is reference-checked and all degrees and certificates are verified. At your request a drug screen, driving record screen or criminal background check can be done. ACT Personnel can provide these services as well as meet any other needs you might have for background or security checks. These can be coordinated through our office for a fee or you may decide to do them yourself through your usual service providers.

What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by ACT Personnel?

We offer unconditional guarantees on both temporary and direct hire placement! We realize not every job is a fit for every person, and sometimes that is not clear until the person is working. Our temporary-to-hire program provides an opportunity to see an employee in the work setting and you are able to determine if they are a fit for your company. If you are not satisfied with an employee we can replace them.
