“In the mining industry there is not a lack of candidates who would like to become employed, and we have no problems filing positions that come open. However, in mid-2012 we experienced an issue at our Maryland Office in which our Accounts Payable Clerk was going to be out of work for several months. The AP position we have is for someone that is a perfectionist, motivated, and picks up on new programs and processes quickly.
