Local Cannabis Company is looking for a Marketing Coordinator.
You will analyze consumer behavior and direct efforts to maximize the demand for the products and
services through managing marketing, social media sites and outreach events.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage social media and marketing accounts for the grow and dispensary (Facebook,
Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Manage brand accounts on Weedmaps, Leafly and Leaflink
• High level of communication with IT and Sales Director
• Coordinate methods and material for advertising through media, print, radio etc.
• Ability to produce high-quality company content and use digital marketing initiatives to
increase rankings, conversion, and click-through rates.
• Develop standardized sales scripts, presentations, proposals, etc.
• Execute and analyze marketing campaign, advertisements, and performance metrics
• Work with patients to develop case studies and testimonials
• Manage and order materials as needed for displays and promotional items
• Manage and coordinate advertising opportunities
• Monitor online blogs to track communications related to our brand
• Manage and edit company website as needed
• Coordinate the company newsletter
• Coordinate with owner for quarterly newsletter for investors
• Oversee and coordinate with dispensary manager for onward content and new items
• Continue cannabis education and maintain up-to-date product knowledge
Maintain private and confidential, sensitive patient information, must always be HIPPA
compliant
• Creative ability to think outside the box to capture and keep the media’s attention
• Ability to manipulate, create images and photos for product and company advertising
• Routine coordination and interface between management
• Ensuring company image and brand voice across all channels and copyediting marketing
materials
• Assist the sales director in marketing strategies and trends with new advertising and event
planners as needed
• Assist design team by providing content and images as necessary when launching new
ideas
• Coordinator to maximize publicity, company image and product definition
• Track public responses and comments related to company campaign and image

• All other duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree or college diploma in business, marketing/communications, or related
field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in professional marketing
• Expert knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Critical thinker with strong problem solving and research proficiencies.
• Exceptional knowledge of marketing, sales, and business processes
• Strong project management leadership, training, and sales support sills
• Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
• Highly organized and ability to prioritize projects to meet deadlines
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
• Must have experience working in Abobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and Google
